We can supply everything, from colorful flower arrangements, décor, catering and stellar entertainment through our extensive – and talented – network in Bocas, Panama City and beyond.

- The Reservation Fee will reserve Popa Paradise for your event only, on your selected dates. It is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. It will be fully credited against other fees at checkout if ten room-nights are booked and used.
- Photographer costs are approximate and do not include travel. The amounts are not included in the Budgetary Total (Popa Tranquility and Popa Indulgence). We have access to a range of photography services, or you may prefer to arrange your own.
- Rehearsal Beach Party and Reception Dinner surcharges of $25 per person are in addition to the All-Inclusive rate, to cover extra catering staff and other costs.
Hotel Takeover: 15% off ($5,600/night Low Season, $7,000/night High Season):
- Two-night minimum for Hotel Takeover.
- $150 per person per night All-Inclusive fee above 34 guests.
